The Manufacturing Process

We utilise the versatility and cost effective nature of 3D printing to create many of our gifts. Whilst it allows us to create ANY shape and transform it into a robust product, it’s also more eco-friendly since the materials used are biodegradable and recycled materials. It’s also a lot cheaper which allows us to offset those savings to our customers.

We then design what needs to be printed onto the material and run this through our state-of-the-art flatbed UV printer for direct-to-object printing. Not only does our printer allow us to use the standard CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) in configurations but it also has two special colours:

White: Giving us the ability to print onto any coloured material and keep the vibrant colours you would see on any light coloured objects.

Clear: Allowing us to print not just a glossy coating but also a matte protective coat and embossing selected areas. The most common use for this is Braille.

Once your items are designed, 3D printed & colour printed. It leaves us to carefully pack and ship your item. We use Royal Mail for the most part but we also use APC Overnight for your urgent shipping needs, with their proven track record of guaranteed Next Day delivery.
